Finally in a Friday Mood!

89.3 The Current is part of Minnesota Public Radio and it's really the only station I ever listen to. They play everything that's not played on all the other radio stations, if that makes sense. In other words, you won't hear Rhianna or Taylor Swift on the Current, but you will hear everything else from Bon Iver to Atmosphere to Regina Spektor to Jimi Hendrix to The Beatles and so, so, so much more....I discover so much new music through them. It's amazing. And today they really made my day, especially after this morning's not-so-great-start, because on the way home from grocery shopping they played two songs in a row that I'd never heard before but that totally got me & Evelyn bopping our heads and feeling like, "Yeah! It's Friday!"

Although the videos for these two songs kinda through me off, the music itself will no doubt put you in a Friday mood (so maybe just push play, turn up the volume as loud as it'll go, but then don't watch the video, ha):
